Types of Body Plastic Surgery

Monday, December 31st, 2007

By Chris Donovan Looking great, even perfect is not unachievable nowadays. With the help of plastic surgery, anything can be transformed into ideal shapes and sizes. And when talking about body plastic surgery, it must be said that there are various types of plastic surgery that, applied on certain parts of the body, significantly embellish ones look. But which are the most popular choices of plastic surgery? What do individuals in search of a perfect body opt for? Breast Augmentation, Breast Reduction and Breast Lifting First of all, there is the breast augmentation. Without any doubt, this type of plastic surgery is the most popular one of all. If some time ago, small breasts were the reason of complexes and frustration, nowadays, small breasts can be turned into voluptuous, appealing big breasts that capture the eyes. Still, in this case of plastic surgery, there is a wide range of sizes and forms and many women opt for less obvious augmentations, to simply improve what nature has given them. From models to actresses and other celebrities to regular girls and women of all ages, breast augmentation plastic surgery can be seen anywhere. But the perfect breast do not just depend on the size. As a matter of fact, their posture and consistency are other essential features that promote their beauty. And in order to achieve that perfect balance, that perfect form and posture, women opt for the plastic surgery called breast lift. In the case of the breasts posture, the small breasts have a great advantage, considering the fact that they are not as much affected by gravity as the big ones are. Based on this reason, women with large breasts opt for both breast reductions and breast lifts. Basically, this type of plastic surgery consists in removing the excessive tissue and skin that tends to sag and provide that unaesthetic look. Even more, the nipple is reshaped and the breast gets a new and more appealing form. In some cases, breast reduction can be combined with breast lift and with a small breast augmentation, in order to obtain the perfect sized breasts. Body Lifting This plastic surgery is mostly used after a massive weight loss, when there is a great amount of sagging skin. Basically, this plastic surgery functions based on the same principles of face lifting, meaning that the skin is stretched up and the lumps and bumps are considerably reduced, if not eliminated. Still, the involved risks are higher in this case of plastic surgery, since this operation is considered a serious surgery therefore, the recovering process takes more time. Even so, the results can be excellent. Liposuction and Tummy Tuck Liposuction is a very popular type of plastic surgery that is performed in order to remove the excessive fat from certain areas. The difference between liposuction and tummy tuck plastic surgery is that the latter one removes the sagging skin, as well, besides tightening the area. Furthermore, tummy tuck is applied in the abdominal area and has excellent results when wan ting to remove stomach bulges. In the case of liposuction plastic surgery, a small incision is made in order to remove the fat excess from areas like tights, abdomen, inner knees and so on. Check for the latest developments on the cosmetic and plastic surgery scene, in order to stay away from risks. Things You Must Avoid To Lose Weight Faster

Sunday, December 30th, 2007

By Tisha Diaz Trying to lose weight is to struggle in itself. If we inadvertently take in the wrong things, those things could slow down or jeopardize our efforts to lose weight. Let us look at what things you must avoid to help you lose weight faster. We are bombarded with desires and advertisements that want us to abandon our weight-loss efforts even though it is not in our best interest. Those promotional efforts that bombard us are usually also trying to sell us the very things that we need to avoid. The first thing to avoid when trying to lose weight is alcohol. Alcohol is bad for you in more than one way when you’re trying to lose weight. Alcohol is known for diminishing your inhibitions and undermining your willpower. When you have alcohol in your system, you are far more likely to give in and eat the foods that will cause you to gain weight as opposed to lose weight. In addition to that, certain types of alcohol also contain carbs that are very difficult for your body to convert into energy. These carbs are usually converted straight into fat cells. The next thing you need to avoid is additional sugar in your diet. If you add sugar to your diet this additional sugar reduces the sensitivity of your cells to insulin. When that happens the sugar goes to your liver where it is converted into fat, instead of heading to your muscles where it is converted into energy. Depending on how serious you are about your weight-loss, you also need to avoid fatty foods and oily foods. These foods jeopardize your weight-loss efforts by giving your body too much fat. Your body does need some fat for functioning at its optimal level. You do not need to refrain from eating anything that contains fat. You just need to keep it to the moderate and low side. If you avoid these things your weight-loss effort might still not be easy but it will be a little easier. Tisha Diaz recommends this fat loss and weight control program that will help you get rid of those excess pounds and make you slim and trim Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Tisha_Diaz http://EzineArticles.com/?Things-You-Must-Avoid-To-Lose-Weight-Faster&id=504026 phentermine with a mastercard no prescription phentermine overseas pharmacy phentermine on line without a prescription phentermine foreign pharmacy

This article focuses on how to manage specific skin care problems with essential oils. Acne Several essential oils are known for their anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities, as well as their ability to regenerate the skin to a healthy state. These include geranium, bergamot, lavender and lemon. Blemishes Occassionally a few dry spots may appear on your skin. Firstly, ensure that you are drinking plenty of water. Secondly, make up a mixture of 1 drop each of lavender, lemon and neroli in 5 mL of base oil (eg. jojoba), and apply to the affected area with a cotton tip. Cold Sores Tea tree oil (undiluted) may be useful in treating the spread of this herpes virus due to its strong anti-viral properties. Discover Some of the Best Wilderness Trout and Bass Fishing Just One Hour West of Toronto, Ontario

Saturday, December 29th, 2007

By Garth Pottruff Just one hour from Toronto we experienced guided platform raft fishing on the Grand River in Paris. The river offers abundant small mouth bass, fall/spring rainbow trout as well as pike, walleye and big carp. The platform fishing was excellent. Two fishermen could easily fly fish for bass or trout with lots of space. For those that bait cast, there were deck chairs elevated above the water allowing easy vision of striking fish. The speed of the raft allowed many casting opportunities. At each pool and swift there was lots of time to hit every spot with numerous casts. In April to mid-May rainbow trout or steelhead are abundant in the river as the river gets warmer these fish head for Lake Erie but return in September, offering lots of action. There was also excellent fishing for rainbow trout and brown trout in the pristine cold waters of Whitemans Creek, which joins the Grand River. In July/August the small mouth bass dominate the Paris section of the Grand River. Locals expressed no surprise at catching 40 bass in several hours at the beginning of the bass season. Pike and pickerel were present in this section of the Grand River, but minor in comparison to the trout and bass. The nearby Nith River offers much better pike and pickerel fishing opportunities. People that are traveling in the area and in need of tackle can simply rent from the Big Catch fishing shop in Paris for twenty dollars per day. If looking for accommodations, the countryside setting of the River Ridge Bed & Breakfasts caters to fishermen. It offers excellent accommodations and breakfast… but it is the soothing outdoor hot tub for the tired fisherman that appeases most! Part of the Grand River in this area has been zoned Exceptional Waters to preserve the fish populations against heavy fishing pressure. This barb-less, bait-less, catch & release zone contains some very healthy fish populations. The biggest surprise was soaking in a wilderness fishing experience so near to the city of Toronto. The platform raft fishing offers some of the best fishing on the Grand in Southern Ontario. Definitely a great river for a days fishing! Garth Pottruff is from a farm background in the Grand River Valley near Paris. He was a trained forester in the Thunder Bay/Ottawa area of Ontario. In the 80’s he resigned from his forestry career to return to the farms in the Grand River Valley. His goal was to give his four sons the opportunity to experience the rural lifestyle which was disappearing. He has since spent 20 years in management… and now works with his son Chad’s outdoor adventure business called the Grand River Rafting Company. This venture is right down Garth’s alley because this outdoor company specializes in guided learning adventures. For Garth, teaching is a natural gift he loves making the Grand Valley come alive for others. You will discover that his passion is very contagious… and it’s hard to walk away without wanting more. Should Christians Judge?

Friday, December 28th, 2007

By David Ben-Ariel The typical liberal misunderstanding of the Christian religion is that Christians shouldnt judge anybody. This misinterpretation comes from a superficial reading of Rabbi Yeshuas (Jesus) teaching where He said: “Judge not, that ye be not judged” (Luke 7:1-5). But when read IN CONTEXT its understood that God will hold us to a standard as strict as that which we demand of others. All judgment must be tempered with mercy. Jesus clearly taught that we can see others imperfections (the “mote” in their eye) and help to remove it ONCE we have first gotten the “beam” out of our own eye. The purpose is to help and not hurt: constructive criticism, not self-righteousness or sinister motivations. There is a great difference between judging an act and condemning a person to Gehenna (Hell) fire. Only God truly knows the thoughts and intents, and potential, of any individual. When God delivered to Moses various statutes and laws for the nation of Israel, He commanded that they judge and condemn to death some individuals for certain infractions. When Jesus pardoned the woman caught in adultery, He didnt excuse her actions but admonished her to “go and sin no more” (John 8:11). In other words, repent (1 John 3:4; 2:4). He acknowledged it was a sin worthy of death, but obviously forgave her for Gods greater purpose, discerning a truly repentant attitude. She didnt argue about what technically constituted sin, lie about it, or threaten to vigorously go after her accusers. Jesus had let their own guilty thoughts shame them into leaving the scene and leaving her alone with the Savior (where we must all ultimately appear). Again, the apostle Paul wrote that “he that is spiritual judges all things” (1 Cor. 2:15). Today such a Scripture would be politically incorrect. It appears as if its “live and let live,” “never judge,” as long as whatever it is is wrong and not right! The spiritual person is to judge everything based upon the Law Book that we call the Holy Bible. In fact, the fact that so many people are confused as to whats right and wrong and have blurred any DISTINCTION between the two is the fault of faulty ministers! Yes, Im judging them! Im judging them by their lack of performance since the Scripture teaches that theyre supposed to “teach my people the DIFFERENCE between the holy and the profane, and cause them to DISCERN between the unclean and the clean. And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it ACCORDING TO MY JUDGMENTS (not the latest poll): and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths” (Ezek. 44:23-24). Were to view the news from a higher perspective, through Gods eyes, and judge everything accordingly (Isa. 55:8-9). As is far too evident in our attitudes and actions, were so far away from true spirituality that its past time to read Gods mind and go by the Book! (Deut.17:18-20). Without that stabilizing standard theres only chaos and confusion. May God bless the American and British peoples, and our Jewish brethren, to remember our Hebrew roots and biblical responsibilities, restore law and order and flourish rather than flounder (Malachi 4:4). How Do You Measure Fat Loss?

Thursday, December 27th, 2007

By John Barban Most people just jump on the scale to measure fat loss. And lets face it nobody talks about fat loss anyway, everyone talks about weight loss, and the scale will tell you how much you weigh, thats a no brainer. The key is to know how much of your weight difference is actual fat loss. This is where things get a bit trickier. The average person can easily fluctuate 2-4lbs of bodyweight in a day depending on fluid and food intake. Most, if not all of this fluctuation is body water content. If you really want an accurate measurement of true fat loss or weight loss from fat, you should be weighing yourself in the exact same state each time. For example: if you are going to weigh yourself once per week; pick the morning after a day when your diet pattern is the most similar each week. Step on the scale in the morning the exact same number of hours past your last meal. So lets say you pick Tuesday morning this week at 7am, and you ate dinner Monday night at 7pm, for a 12 hour interval. Next week you would simply count 12 hours from Monday night dinner and then weigh yourself again. This is a simple way that can give you a fairly accurate measure of true body fat loss as compared to just water losses and changes due to liquid and food consumption. Now there are a few things to consider. If you ate a thanksgiving style turkey dinner on the first Monday at 7pm, and then a light garden salad on the second Monday at 7pm, you might end up with an inaccurate comparison. To make this work you have to be eating in a similar pattern the day before your measurement. And maybe even a couple days before your measurement. The fact is the majority of the population does not have any truly accurate way of measuring fat loss. Machines that are capable of accurately measuring any amount of fat loss on a day to day or week to week basis are very expensive and typically only found in advanced human testing labs at universities and other research institutions. Most people simply will never have access to this type of technology. Only the scientist who happens to run one of these labs can give you a running account of exactly how many grams of fat he/she lost this morning compared to last night. The rest of us need to be a bit more creative with the way we determine fat loss. I recommend using things like muscle definition, the way your clothes fit, and weight loss. Weight loss however should be looked at over longer periods of time like 3-4 weeks (as we have already discussed the larger day to day variation in body water weight). Even the features in a persons face become more pronounced as soon as someone starts to lose fat. These methods might seem a bit crude and non scientific. But after all, arent these all the reasons were interested in losing fat/weight in the first place!? Women’s Job Search Alert: 7 Ways to Watch How You Talk!

Tuesday, December 25th, 2007

By Paul Megan Getting ahead in the job marketplace . . . or on the job . . . is a special challenge for women. It shouldnt have to be that way. But, until the rules change, women have to learn to go with the flow to get ahead. The good news is that, if you can master some simple communication skills, you can put yourself way ahead of the male competition. But, according to career coach Molly Dickinson Shepard, you have to learn to talk more like the male dominated management youre confronted with. Essentially this means learning how to speak more assertively, she recommends. But without crossing the line into aggressiveness. Here are some rules that can help you make management sit up and pay attention: 1. Your tone and level of voice can make all the difference. 2. Dont challenge your boss or group leader in public. Dont embarrass colleagues and dont make personal attacks. 3. Never show anger at work. 4. Confident speech is good. Cocky is bad. 5. When youre in charge and a decision is yours, dont solicit everyones opinion. 6. Women like to make everyone feel included. But men see this as passive and unleaderlike. 7. Dont allow yourself to feel wounded by words of criticism at work. Effective communication is a critical factor in getting along and getting ahead on the job. Practicing these simple rules can give you a real leg up. The same is true if you are looking for a new job. Many times you will be meeting face-to-face with a male decision-maker who has expectations about how you should communicate yourself. Once again, assertiveness rules. To be assertive you have to very clear about what you have going for you that will attract the attention of the decision-maker. And then you have to be able to tell him with confidence. Its worth practicing for. Paul Megan writes for EEI, the world class leader in alternative job search strategies and non-traditional career advancement since 1985. The Art of Romance

Monday, December 24th, 2007

By James Sniechowski What one thing do you most want to know about love and relationship? Recently we surveyed approximately 10,000 men and women asking that question. Ninety-five percent of those responding wanted to know how to keep romance alive throughout a relationship and marriage. No surprise. During our fifteen years working with singles and couples it’s been romance that has been the most desired as well as the most illusive of all relationship experiences. More than sex. More than good communication. More than family. But what is romance? That’s not a question with an easy answer. It’s the kind of thing that you know when you see it, and certainly yearn for it when it’s absent, but putting it into words leaves most people tongue-tied. So, before we can know how to keep it alive in our relationships, we need to identify just what it is we are after. Think Connectedness When we experience romance we experience a quality of being transported, of being moved by an extraordinary moment of feeling, almost another dimension of feeling. And it is not by thought but by feeling that we can confidently say, “This is romance.” Through this special feeling we are extended beyond our everyday sense of self into an experience of unity and wholeness, a deep, spiritually rich connectedness with another person, and through that person to the wonder that is the whole of life. The separateness that is so much a part of most people’s daily life vanishes, even if only for a moment. And that is what is so extra-ordinary about romance. It may be fleeting but it leaves a mark on our senses and in our memory and it can stay with us for days if not years. No wonder romance is so desired. Also, in the romantic moment we feel connected with another person without ever losing our sense of self. There is a profound oneness but not sameness, as the unique differences that two people bring to the moment are embraced. We remain ourselves, with an intense sense of our self, while in sweet and satisfying connection with another. And that allows us to feel truly loved. That allows the romance to be appreciated by each person in their own way. As the poet Rumi says, “If I love myself, I love you. If I love you, I love myself.” By contrast, when we are steeped in a fantasy of romance, in the idea instead of the reality of romance, there is no connection and, as a result, no satisfaction. Why? Because we are fused with a ghost, a mere image that we are more loyal to than the flesh and blood reality. We are trapped in a dreamy castle of our own making, unconsciously insisting that our make-believe world will bring us what we want. Ironically, the person making-believe and the ghostly product of that make-believe are one and the same. The person is bound within their own spell, enclosed within their own expectations, ultimately unable to let anyone in. The art of real romance can only be created when you open to the very real connection between you and that special person you allow to know you. Then any moment can be magical. Judith Sherven and James Sniechowski share the secret of life-long romance. Be sure to get your copy of their Free 1 hour teleseminar “Keeping Romance Alive,” and find out how. Using Open Houses To Promote Your Daycare Centre

Saturday, December 22nd, 2007

By Seraphina Tan Open houses are the best way to convince parents to sign their children up your centre. But for an open house to be an effective marketing tool, there are some pre open-house preparations to be made and a budget allocated. What you want to is create a memorable experience for both the parents and the child. 1. Timing Open houses should be over the weekends so that the working parents can check out your centre at a leisurely pace. It can be over one weekend or if resources permit, offer it over two or three weekends. 2. Promoting your open house There are a number of ways to ensure that news of your open house is spread. - Put up a banner, with the date and time of your open house, about two weeks before your actual open house. - Take up an advertisement in the local papers announcing your open house. - Put up notices in as many high traffic areas as possible such as local cafs and eating places. Do not forget to put it up your own centre so that the other parents are informed. Nothing beats word of mouth advertising. - Print flyers and distribute it at high traffic areas in and around your neighbourhood a week before your open house. 3. Pre event preparations - Do some spring cleaning. Ensure that the centre is neat and tidy, no wires exposed, the books and notes neatly stacked, dirty stains painted over, etc. - Frame up all your the licenses and awards and put them up. Pin up nice photographs of childrens activities and their drawings. - Ensure that all the necessary materials are ready and inserted into nice presentation folders. Items include curriculum, time table, food menu, etc. Prepare a few sets. - Prepare a nice little album / scrapbook of photographs 4. Open house programme - Ensure that you have sufficient brochures for the parents to bring home. - Ensure that you have lots of enrollment forms and writing materials available - Prepare a programme for the children e.g. face painting, art and craft, story telling, etc. - Ensure that you have enough helpers on the day of your open house - Prepare some snacks and light refreshments - If budget permits, prepare small little door gifts and give it to them as they depart, preferably with the name of your centre printed. Examples of door gift as car decals or balloons. After the open house is over, the work is not done yet. Remember to follow up on all your leads. Write little notes on the form such as when to follow up with them, etc so that you do not forget. Organise and file them in an orderly manner. One suggestion is to file them according to when they said that they will sign up, so that you know when to follow up. Happy organising!
